To provide you with V720 services, enabling you to securely connect and manage smart devices, we may collect your Wi-Fi information, IP address, location information, phone-related information, smart device-related information, as well as V720 User ID and smart device association information. This information will be used to provide you with functions such as quick connection to smart devices, connection, discovery of nearby devices, and device management. The above information is detailed as follows:
• Phone-related information: Hardware device identifiers (IMSI, IMEI, MEID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, OAID, MAC address, Android ID), phone model, system version information, system language, country or region set on the phone, app store version number, phone screen size and resolution, CPU and display device-related information.
• Information collected during the process of connecting to smart devices: Based on the type of smart device you need to connect to, we may collect the following information:
• For smart devices connected via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi MAC address, Wi-Fi password), device MAC address, device ID;
• For smart devices that establish a local connection via Bluetooth and then connect via Wi-Fi: Wi-Fi information (SSID, BSSID, Wi-Fi MAC address, Wi-Fi password), device MAC address, device Bluetooth MAC address;
• For smart devices connected via Bluetooth: Device Bluetooth MAC address, device ID.
• After enabling message push: The application obtains device identification codes in the foreground and background: including IMEI, IDFA, Android ID, MAC, OAID, Advertising ID, Serial Number, IMSI, UAID, ICCID, information about installed apps or running processes on your device

(2) Device Sharing

We support sharing your smart devices with others via V720 User ID for joint use. After sharing, the recipient can also control the smart device. To enjoy this feature, we may collect your User ID, shared device information (device ID, device name, device verification key, device's sharing status), to provide you with the function of sharing devices with other V720 User ID users for joint control and use, and to display the sharing status on the device list page

(3) App and Firmware Upgrades:

The purpose of collecting personal information is to provide you with products and/or to ensure you continue to enjoy the latest V720 services, we may use your V720 app's version information and phone model to provide you with V720 app upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect the list and version number information of your connected smart devices to provide you with smart device upgrade functions, ensuring you can use the latest version of the services (including firmware versions).

(II) Circumstances Where You May Choose Whether to Authorize Us to Collect and Use Your Personal Information

To allow you to better enjoy the control and management of smart devices provided by V720, the following additional features may collect and use your personal information. If you do not provide this personal information, you can still use V720's basic services, but you may not be able to use these additional features that bring convenience. These additional features include:

(1) Motion Detection Recognition Management

If you connect specific products that support motion detection recognition (such as A9) through the V720 platform, you can enable V720's supported motion detection recognition feature for a richer smart device experience. When we detect movement, we will mark and push notifications to you in the smart device.
If you have any questions about our recognition results, you can provide feedback to help us optimize algorithms and models. In this case, we may collect the problematic videos you actively feedback. Please rest assured that the videos you feedback will only be used to optimize algorithms and models and will not be used for other purposes.

(2) Smart Device Sharing

We support sharing your smart devices via V720 User ID with others for joint use. After sharing, the recipient can also control the smart device. To enjoy this feature, we may collect your User ID, the shared User ID you provide, shared device information (device ID, device name, device verification key, device's sharing status), to provide you with the function of sharing devices with other V720 User ID users for joint control and use, and to display the sharing status on the device list page.

(3) Version Upgrades

To ensure you continue to enjoy the latest V720 services, we may use your V720 APP's version information and phone model to provide you with V720 upgrade services. At the same time, we may collect the list and version number information of your connected smart devices to provide you with smart device upgrade functions, ensuring you can use the latest version of the services (including firmware versions).

(4) User Feedback

We may collect the issues you send us in feedback, feedback logs, and the phone number or email you fill in, which will be used to better understand the problems you encounter and contact you.

(III) Explanation of V720 Permission Invocations

In addition, the following device permissions may be triggered when you use V720. To help you better manage your information, we will inform you synchronously of the purpose of the permission during the permission application process in the product usage, as well as the potential impact on your service usage if you do not enable it. Location permission (Android, iOS versions): Used for scanning nearby WLAN lists, searching for nearby Bluetooth devices, and automated geofencing in smart scenes; when users bind devices that do not support GPS, used to provide step frequency calculation, accurate distance recording for exercise, drawing user exercise tracks, and other functions.
3. Camera permission (Android, iOS versions): Used for scanning QR codes for device installation.
4. Microphone permission (Android, iOS versions): When users bind cameras, video doorbells, etc., in V720, used for video intercom, voice command pickup, and other functions
5. Read phone permission (Android): Used to generate device ID locally in the client.
6. Enable WLAN permission (Android, iOS versions): Used to connect to the WiFi emitted by the device during quick connection for device communication.
7. Enable Bluetooth permission (Android, iOS versions): Used to connect to the Bluetooth signal emitted by the device during quick connection for device communication; for smart devices connected via Bluetooth, Bluetooth permission is also required for communication.
8. Get phone software installation list (Android, iOS versions): Used to obtain third-party accounts on the phone for quick login.
9. Obtain hardware device identifiers (IMSI, IMEI, MEID, device hardware serial number, SIM card identifier, OAID, MAC address, Android ID), phone model, system version information: Used for user message push to obtain alerts
10. Obtain phone sensor information (gyroscope sensor, gravity sensor): Used for ad delivery, ad attribution, anti-cheating, security
11. Album permission (Android, iOS versions): Used to read/write photos and videos on the device in features such as scan and user feedback;
12. Clipboard (Android, iOS versions): Clipboard function used for sharing feature implementation.

(IV) You Are Fully Aware That in the Following Circumstances, We Collect and Use Personal Information Without Needing Your Consent:

We may use your V720 and V720 User ID, IMEI number to provide you with promotional materials related to products and services from Guangzhou Qian Gui IoT Technology Co., Ltd. and its partners (providing networks, mobile applications, and cloud products and services).
